Diary-Ah

I explored and compared diaries I had kept from grade 6-8 and 10-12 with anonymous bathroom graffiti from the Concordia Fine Arts Building. The similarities between the two vague text samples I use make it difficult to tell the difference between a 6th grader’s thought process and a 3rd year university student. The result is a mash up of thoughts and doodles creating a public diary shared with anyone who enters the stall, with a masking tape toilet cast to flush away all anxieties and self doubts that run through our minds.
